This full-day event will take place on 25 September 2025 in Brussels and will bring together experts, policymakers, and industry representatives to share insights and co-create actionable policy recommendations for scaling biogas uptake in EU livestock farming.

What to Expect

The event will be structured in two main sessions:

Morning Session – ALFA Final Dissemination Event

• Parallel breakout groups to discuss incentives for biogas adoption and strategies to improve public acceptance
• Collaborative discussions to shape future policy pathways
• A panel with policymakers and sector experts from biogas and agriculture domains
